it gives his w passive has 100% AP scaleing so at level 1 you can 1v1 any champion with just a dorans ring. and with moonflair spellblade for twisted treeline once you go in to mega Gnar you can wont be scared to flash in and ult the enemy in to the wall. your order should go:
1.Nashors tooth
2.sorcerers boots
3.ludens echo
4.lichbane
5.moonflair spellblade for twisted treeline and void staff for summoners rift
6.deathcap
build these item kind or orientated on this order and you will be sure to carry your games.
its like having a AP ezreal but with tons of cc!
