Why attack speed with Teemo

With all this AP, your E skill, is going to be your main skill, and you`ll hit faster, REALLY faster, poisoning more, hitting more, the best build ever I garant.

Some Tricks (Teemo)

In the start of the game get close to the enemie, hit a Q and a basic attack (Basic attack just if possible without being hit), and go back, if possible or needed use the W to go back
Don't put murshroms close of towers or something like this, make a farm of murshroms, in a place close of the lane and easy to go, you can even flash to there to atract the enemie, when he touch a lot of traps, it will be easy to kill him.

Why this build for Fizz

Basic build, the itens can give him lots of mana, and increase his AP as well, and Fizz needs lots of mana

Some tricks (Fizz)

Don't keep your ult, use it a lot, sure, don't use like a normal skill, but if you're sure you're going to kill in the lane if use.. Why not?
