Zekent never told that on AP janna it's core to get mejais, mejais is bad on Janna, Zekent told @ stream "2 doran's>sorcs>lich bane>CDR>CDR>D-cap>situational
also the wall of text is annoying as hell, -1

The fallacy of your argument is here.

It is easy to stack and keep stacks.

That is a really big if. It depends on whether you can get kills, and also on whether your teammates have enough damage to finish people off. Mejai's is certainly not core on ANY champion at all. For all the trouble you go to, it still has bad late game stats. The price isn't even a factor anymore at that point.

Alex Ich is a pro Diamond I player, captains and plays mid for arguably the most reliably standing best team in the world. He's also well-known for playing unconventional mids such as Zilean and hey hey! Janna.

Refuse to look at reality? Lol.

Winrate of ~60% isn't that good, btw.

The only one which I would ever try arguing Mejai's Soulstealer is good on as core is possibly Lux, but even then, I'd be hedging my bets and sell it late game anyway.

But cheatsheet aside, HOLY **** WALLS OF TEXT.

Hm, lets think about why Mejais is good on - AP - Janna. It is cheap to get. It is easy to stack and keep stacks. Whatever you tell me, my 400 AP jann will destroy you mid game. I have played my share of AP Janna games, win rate is above 60% (around 30 games). Your pretty close minded if you found your reasoning on the basis of some Alex Ich and refuse to look at the reality. It works.

And btw Janna is NOT any caster. She is not to be compared to them. If Mejais works on TF is a different thing.

- Sorry Neowrath

Mejais is fine on Janna, for several reasons. Most importantly you will always keep the 5 stacks that make it cost-effective with ease. Sad this guide is bad, but the suggested build works and Mejais is what I consider core on AP Janna. Ask Zekent.

Mejais is not fine on Janna (or any other caster), for several reasons. Ask Alex Ich. At max stacks, it gives less AP than a deathcap and thus is eventually a waste of an item slot, since it is no replacement for deathcap. The max stack CDR is not crucial for Janna. Instead, she needs mana regen, which the build doesn't prioritize enough of. Mejais could work if you're roflstomping extremely early, but it is definitely not core under any circumstances on any champion, not even LeBlanc.

I really don't see how this would work. In order to do the best damage with your q, you'd need to let it charge; if you let it charge, they have plenty of time to escape. Besides, you only have two damaging spells. At a low enough level of play it could work, and it looks like it would be a lot of fun when it does, but playing against anyone that's not awful I don't think it would go well for Janna.

A build with Mejais in the standard order is not to be taken seriously. You can only buy that item when you are really fed and with no deaths in normal games with friends. otherwise you will never get stacks and your team will rage at you. It isn't a viable item.

You should also do something about your 'Wall of Text'. If i want a lot of text I would be doing my homework..

you also didn't select any marks and your runes are wacky to begin with.

You should also change every Janna into Janna.

It's maybe a better idea to archive this build because this is a bad start for any build.

Item build is wrong (and stupid. Screw Mejais).
