Frost Armor
This is the passive. The slow reducing aspect of the passive is quite situational. A situation in which the enemy she is duelling like Ashe or Nasus has a slow can be reduced and enable her to escape otherwise it is totally useless.
The armour buff aspect of the passive you receive is more beneficial as it allows you a greater sustain in jungle and during ganks. This portion of the passive is to offset her notable weakness early game.
Arctic Assault
This is Sejuani's primary gap-closer and escape mechanism. It is capable of going through terrain and multiple monsters and minions and is one of your primary weapons when ganking.
Flail of the Northern Winds
This is Sejuani's primary damaging ability. Highly effective at farming jungle and creeps after a few levels and can be active without stop with 40% cool down reduction giving you sustained damage throughout team fights. Flail of the Northern Winds also procs on hit effects, spell effects and can critically strike making items with Moonflair Spellblade viable (e.g. Lich Bane, Iceborn Gauntlet).
Permafrost
This is Sejuani's main CC ability. Effective at level 1 at securing kills or at least causing severe damage and burning Flash. Adequate at farming, though not as good as Flail of the Northern Winds it is Sejuani's primary pursuing skill enabling her to catch almost any champion. The downside to this ability is that Frost cannot be applied to any target affected by Permafrost until 3 seconds after the Permafrost debuff expires. Due to this, Permafrost is the only of Sejuani's abilities that does not apply Frost.
Glacial Prison
This is Sejuani's strongest scaling ability and CC available to her. Glacial Prison is Sejuani's long range initiating ability and has the capacity to stun all 5 enemy champions if they are in close proximity to each other.

Starting Options
Item Sequence
This is aBlue Start. You begin your game starting at the blue buff as such no mana pots are required. A Sweeping Lens is your best friend in preparing lanes for your ganks and denying vision to your enemies.
Item Sequence
This is aRed Start. You begin your game at the red buff, but this time you require a mana pot as you will get very low and lose valuable time if you do run dry. As always you have a Sweeping Lens which when upgraded to level 3 will act as a Oracle for a short time after using it.

General Teamwork (ALL CHAMPIONS)
How you synergise with other people is very important. Particularly what you do in selection and in the few minutes before the buffs appear will make a large difference as to whether or not your team will succeed. The following is a few general pointers:
1. Don't get into arguments. Always ignore them. Press the Tab key and click the message icon that will then block all messages coming from that player. It is going to help you play better and it will also help your team mates play better as they won't have to read your slug fest.
2. Map Awareness. Always glance at the map every 5 seconds or so. If you see the enemy jungler cross over into your jungle heading for red warn the closest champions and converge on the enemy jungler to prevent a steal or to shutdown the enemy. Be aware if any other champions leave to give aid to the enemy jungler.
3. Warding. Most important thing to do. It is a priority that every member of the team buys a pink Vision Ward and places it at these locations: Baron Nashor , Dragon , River bushes near Ancient Golem and finally one in a bush near an allied buff or lane. This is going to enable you to protect your mid laner from ganks as well as protect vital objectives and grant vision. Late game there is no excuse for allies to upgrade their Stealth Ward to a Greater Vision Totem.
Ganking
Sejuani has enormous ganking potential, especially very early on. Communication is key and Sejuani players should get into the habit of using pings. The shortcut for pings is G and V. Communicate with this to draw attention to map and to communicate who to focus during a gank.
