mastery's:
i picked all points in magic damage, for the most damage on every level, and i picked the max. mana and mana regen. cuz kassadin uses lots of mana, after that i picked 2 points in movemend speed, cuz thats just good for every1.
skills:
u need to get u Q to max. level asap, so u can the most magic damage.
runes:
these are just the most standard runes for mid AP casters.
items:
the early catalyst is good for mana problems and more survivebillety, after that rush ur defcap, for max. damage, then u can choose what AP items u prefer, this build is just a suggestion on item/rune/mastery play style.
