the rylai's can be taken after dod of ages if y are in a good position semi-fed or fed and then go for support items

remember your role semi-support

You are a good ap but you are also the support..the semi-support which means you want to be tough and kill but you also want to help the team..thats the use of support items and heal instead of ignite..in this way you gonna protect team and take kills

you can go mid,or lane with another champion with this build

solo top

nothing special here..counter harass all the time with q and w and you will be fine

pros cons

the silence the ulty and the q make you almost invinsible in the beggining of the game...but your power will last all the way of the game

howerer lulu dies easy..so always counter harass and stay away from danger..when y find the oportunity strike and take the kill
