This is actually a decent build. You manage to grab quite a bit of AP while focusing on the defensive too. Your description is pretty shoddy though, and I suggest expanding it. SixSonatas has a build guide format if you're unsure how to make a massive build. Ask permission from him first, however.

In short, you build kennen in a way I find great. Your description is sub-par. Work on that and I'll +1.

Thank you Trojan. I am not very good with coding so the guide you suggested is very complicated to me. I did us it as a rough template and I hope this edit made things easier to understand.

Nice guide, I grab Doran's Shield usually 1st but I don't actually need that so often. I also rush Rylai and Abyssal before getting Zhonya. (a bit more like team-battlemaker) For that reason I also use defence-masteries but as you can see your build is nice carry and probably better one. I am not sure about those seals, perhaps energy reg/5 could work even better when it gives some balance with those CdR-glyphs.

Divc I have tried the energy/5 and I still find myself burned out in a long fight. I left out what I do to adapt to this situation in my guide and I will put it in. Thank you. =)
