Short Guide

This is a short guide but I will still give you all you need to know. When you reach the end game and you don't have anymore space you can sell your philosopher's stone and buy whatever you want. Death Fire's Grasp is optional but if you have someone that has high magic resist then get it for the percentage damage, otherwise just get some high AP item. Poppy is a really fun champion to play and you don't need runes to be good but it will help you a lot. Armor is also optional because of Poppy's passive, unless you are losing and your enemies can kill you too quickly. Oh yeah if you feel like your team is having a really high advantage you can always get a Mejai's Soulstealer to increase the AP, but make sure you won't die. (Don't ever die, if you die you lose, if you don't die then you win)

Skill Sequence

When you reach level two you will have one of the best level two combo in the game. Only do this combo if you for sure can charge them into the wall. Since you're still at an early level, you won't have that much mana. So, don't waste all your mana on harassing your enemies. When you reach level two you will have skill E and skill Q, you want to charge in with E and then immediately hit Q and then run away. Or you can Q first before you charge. When you get your ultimate the combo you want to use is, W and then run in to the fight, R(ult) the target (usually it will be the one dealing the most damage), E and charge them into the wall if you can, and then Q them and then ignite. This will do a fair amount of damage if not kill them. When you are done igniting, you will have two choices, either you can chase the champion(if the fight is going good) or you want to run out of the fight because people will be focusing you. Don't run too far because you will need to come back when your E cooldown is done. Then you want to come back and E and charge into one of the champion and then Q them.

Ignite

I grab ignite and flash for Poppy because ignite does tons of damage when used over her ultimate. Flash because you can escape or get into position to charge champions into the wall and finish them off.
