You should turn codex into nashor's tooth instead of deathfire grasp but either works imo
For your last item it will depend on what you need (magic resist, hp, etc.) but still try to get some ap.
The trick to this guide is baiting the enemy into a jack-in-the-box infested bush and then spamming them with shivs. I get decieve early for terrain escapes and getting in range for my shiv.
By the way I want to clarify that this build is designed for TWISTED TREELINE ONLY!
