Introduction

Welcome to my build for AP singed. First of all THIS IS NOT A TANK BUILD, if u try this build make sure u tell your teammates u are not going to be tanking, because u cant with this build, trust me, i know what im talking about :P

This guide has only been tested by me in 3v3, so dont downvote if this build isnt good in 5v5

runes ans masteries

I go for 10/0/20 masteries. Why not 9/0/21 you may ask? Because of ((Burning Embers)). The 10 ap may not sound like much, but 10 AP is actually 3 dps extra with ((Poison Trail)), and that really makes a difference in team fights. And ((Rabadon's Deathcap)) increases that by 30%, comming to a total of 13 extra AP

My runes are as follows:
9x ((Greater Mark of Insight)) for extra magic penetration, which is always handy for magic dps'ers

9x ((Greater Seal of Fortitude)) because health is usefull for everyone, remember: you cant do dmg while ur dead

9x ((Greater Glyph of Force)) for extra AP

2x ((Greater Quintessence of Insight)) again for macig penetration

1x ((Greater Quintessence of Force)) for some extra AP

Items

I start of with ((Amplifying Tome)) for a nice start in AP, meaning my ((Fling)) will do 20 more dmg right at the start. Afterwards I take ((Boots of Speed)) for some extra mobility, because ((Poison Trail)) isnt worth much at killing champions if u cant keep up with them :P
After that i take ((Mejai's Soulstealer)) for a good boost in AP, but only if u get kills without dying. If ur not a fan of snowball items, feel free to skip this item and go straight to ((Rabadon's Deathcap)).
Afterwards i buy ((Rylai's Crystal Scepter)) because this item makes your spells slow opponents. ((Poison Trail)) is a spell.
Next up is a ((Will of the Ancients)) starting with ((Hextech Revolver)) for some nice spell vamp, because once again, no dmg if ur dead.
((Banshee's Veil)) is my next item, for a nice boost in health and mana, and because it blocks one harmfull magical effect on you, which is always awesome.

If u skipped ((Mejai's Soulstealer)) or want another item then ((Banshee's Veil)) u can always try ((Archangel's Staff)). it gives some nice AP and a lot of mana, which for singed also is hp.

Skills

I start of with ((Fling)) for the First Blood battle in the lower brush.
If u are playing 5v5 or your team decides not to try and get FB, feel free to take ((Poison Trail)) first.
After This i max ((Poison Trail)) ASAP, with a point ((Mega Adhesive)) at lvl 4.
The next skill to max is ((Fling)), because the AP ratio is 1:1, meaning it deals a lot of dmg.
Next up is (((Mega Adhesive)), not really a favorite skill of mine, because ((Poison Traill)) with ((Rylai's Crystal Scepter)) should slow them enough, but its always a nice skill to catch up.
And obviously, i take ((Insanity Potion)) whenever I can.

Summoner spells

I take ((Ignite)) and ((Clarity)), because thanks to my masteries ((ignite)) gives me 10 AP when its of cooldown.
((Clarity)) is a usefull spell, because until late game, you wont have much mana, and ((Poison Trail)) is a mana expensive skill if u keep it toggled on during teamfights.
