Introduction

Many people have tried ap teemo, and many prefer the whole attack speed teemo and etc... but in reality ap teemo will always win no matter what character it is except for possibly veigar due to his ulti cheapness but theres a way around even with ap teemo due to his elusiveness with the stealth and shrooms, in the end teemo becomes a glass cannon especially with the blind dart. But when it comes to ap teemo there are certain ways that you must play him not just run up to people and attack like a mad man <.<. Oh also this will i will be adding more to it once my friend gets his lazy *** up <_<;; but yeah for now this is it hope you enjoy my 2nd build :D my first one was orianna gears of war... buuut it expired lol. but hey this time i wont let this one expire x3.

Runes

Runes, well when your ap teemo, you want to focus on ap and magic pen honestly, as well as mana regen for early laning even then eventually to secure a kill you will eventually be reduced to going back to heal and while you go and get some pots while your at it. And cool down reduction is amazing on anybody so yeah.

Masteries

Honestly masteries have changed since before but its pretty much the same except you have the option to maximize your ability power or just have ultility. But it works the same way for ap teemo.

Items

Doran's Ring This is the usual item most ap characters can start off with for some health and mana regen and is what I do as well. Sorcerer's Shoes is good for the magic pen and is a common yet again item for ap characters. Malady The reason why I chose malady is due to its passive in which it shreds magic resistance as well as gives you some ap, and some ability to farm somewhat with the attack speed. Haunting Guise the haunting guise i understand that it does seem rather strange to put it on a teemo but its quite useful actually, for it gives you health, ap, and most important of all the magic pen. once you have gotten this item your magic pen should be about 54. And as ap teemo i try to get as much magic pen possible, for a certain reason which i will explain later. The next item is the Death Cap in which is one of the most basic items for any ap character due to its large amount of ap given as well as the unique passive, by the time your level 11 is when your the most dangerous as ap teemo because this is when the laning phase is over. Void Staff like i said before i try to maintain the most magic pen so your poison will be a huge damage output. Archangel's Staff this is also a very handy item so you won't end up going mana hungry in team fights and throughout the game as well as its ap is quite useful as well. Lich Bane now this is a very important item for ap teemo due to its unique passive, by the time you have this your blind dart should do about 800-900 damage, and what you do to fit this into the build is that you sellf the Haunting Guise , i realize that this build makes a very squishy teemo but if you can play teemo well enough trust me :3 it works alot.

Summoner Spells

No matter what as ap teemo you must grab Ignite and Flash why you will wonder, is because you never know if your going to encounter a tryndamere or a dps character with alot of lifesteal, the thing is no matter how much damage they can do to you, if you wait patiently next to your shrooms and wait until they hit one and then proceed to blind dart and ignite them, as well as hit them a few times, about 90 percent of the time they will die wasting flash or what ever device they have to escape with because your poison plus ignite is just too much. The flash is so you can bail if its a veigar just proceed like you would with the dps chracters but get outta there due to his really cheap ulti, that veigar man. lol.

Pros / Cons

The Pros - literally no dps character can take you not even tryndamere if you blind him. And your shrooms will help the team alot o.O in battle and defending places such as allied turrets. As well as being deadly wards :P.

The Cons- the only cons are that your squishy, as well as being a easy kill for a veigar... <.< but if you can catch him by suprise you will kill him with ease.
