**UPDATE**

Changed skill sequence, buying order, fixed errors in the build to accommodate with the new patch, and recommended laning partners.

Mordekaiser, since the patch, has become less effective with teemo in a lane. I believe it is due to Morde's lack of ranged damage and ranged shield generation.

Found the reason why spell vamp doesn't work with all the mushrooms, if you plant them before you purchase the vamp steal you will not receive any health from damage.

!!!Recommended Laning Partners!!!

Shen- his taunt and dagger throw help get enemies off of you giving you more time to dps.

Rammus- Taunt and power ball slow their team from hitting you and escaping.

Sona- She is the best laning partner for everyone except Soraka. Although, I'd like to see some high burst laning duo take down those two buxom beauties. (that's right, Soraka is hot)

Gragas- His slow combined with his amazing poking ability makes him a reliable tank + damage dealer that the opposing team has to focus on or they will get crushed early on.

Melee Carries or Characters that need to be level 6 to perform well.

***Pre-Game***

If you have looked at my masteries and runes, you might be thinking that I've gone completely insane, but there is a method to my madness. Teemo is one of the weakest characters at lvl 1.

****Game-Time, BABY****

He has some of the lowest hp of any level 1 hero. My build is trying to offset his disadvantage at level 1 to give him some breathing room when harassing in a lane. If Teemo sustains damage in the early game laning phase, you can pop a pot and let the regeneration slowly inch your health bar back to full with Teemo's lack luster innate health regen, while you're invisible next to your creep wave. (Don't let the other team see you go invisible, it will end rather, badly for you. Especially not Garen...)

Don't leave the lane until you can purchase the Sorcerer's Boots from the vendor at base. This will give you chasing power and give your mushrooms a nice boost in damage. The Mercury Treads are an alternative item you may want to invest into if they other team has devastating slowing capacity or major stun capacity. Now, with your boots, start chasing out the opposition from your lane. Strategically place Mushrooms so you can see the river from your lane. With Teemo, you should never be surprised when an enemy champion comes to gank. For the river, you only need two mushrooms at the bottleneck near Baron on top and Dragon on bottom. Space them out, evenly between the two walls and themselves. Every other mushroom needs to go near the creep path. You have to judge the best area so the creeps do not blow up the mushrooms, but are still in the lane.

Your first major item is going to be Malady because it does fit with your fast paced style of destruction. This item is a stepping stone to Zhonya's, if you can get 1600 early, then by all means go for the needlessly large rod first!!!

Once you've gained enough gold to make a Hextech revolver and a Vampire Scepter(1650 gold), do so. Spell steal DOES NOT work with every mushroom you plant, but just be aware that Spell steal bugs out with the mushrooms some times. Your life steal should get you through any damage that you receive. If you start getting low on health attack the mini Golems to life steal it back and reset them each time you need that extra little health boost. Remember Zhonya's is more important, but if you can't farm enough gold fast enough for the quick Zhonya's, go the safe way and build up to Zhonya's.

The next item is the centerpiece of my build. If you can get it early, then do it because it is the most important item on the list. Zhonya's Ring is amazing for a few reasons (1) it gives many AP's...I'm all grown up, now! (2) it has a magnificent active ability (3) it increases your AP by a percent!!! 150 ap by itself = lolz haxzors

Finish with a Gunblade then boom goes the dynamite. If your lucky enough to get past 50 minutes in a game you will be able to get any item that calls for the situation, if you have a tank have MR team go for abyssal scepter. If it is raw power you seek go and buy another Zhonya's. If you need Survivability against melee carries go for Thornmail or Wardens mail.
