I have almost the same build for AP Teemo except I would sell Doran's Ring later on for a more powerful item like Archangels Staff, just for a ton of AP and mana stability=)

The snowball items ARE awesome, especially for Teemo, but in Higher Elo games, you WILL get focused. It just isn't worth it to me. I'd maybe get your sheen for your lich bane at that point. The damage isn't great, but you get better ap. I'd consider building Raylai's before you finish lich bane too. It adds awesome survivability, and gives you an awesome slow. Other than this nitpicking, awesome guide!!!

Exactly what deusmilitus said, it isn't an unusual thing to see a Teemo negative K/D but still did VERY good. That is just how he is played, but hell i'll give it a try and let you know :) good guide btw
