I put this build on mobafire because i got my first penta with this build. I find it the best build for teemo but you may not think the same. This is my first time making a page so please tell me what could be improved.

With this build you'll be op when you just have 4 kills. When you have those kills you will dominate the match(unless the enemy has the same teemo :P ). At the beginning you have to be calm and poke them with basic attacks when possible, when you are level 2 you can also poke them with your Q. You're Q is extremely well against Ad champs when they attack you with basic attacks, because then they always miss until the effect is over. By the time the effect is over you could have killed them. Ap teemo is also good with his poison, his q will do more damage his e will do more damage and his R!!! This is good because IF they kill you, they can possibly walk into your mushroom and die OR with your last basic attack's poison. When i play i rather play bot on blue team and top on purple team. when your team does not have any mid champ then you stil can go mid. MAKE SURE TO USE YOUR PASSIVE WHEN LOW HEALTH! GO INTO A BUSH AND STAND STILL!! IF YOUR PASSIVE ACTIVATES THEY WILL RUN PASSED YOU AND YOU WILL SURVIVE!!!
