Magic pen and AP, obviously. Best choices I've found.

Items

Feel free to switch around anything, but I'm usually able to build my Deathcap fairly quickly. If you'd like, build your Lich Bane first, or your Malady, since it's cheaper.

Summoner Spells

I use teleport just to move around the map more quickly to help my teammates and such. You could change it to flash, I suppose, to catch up more, even though you have ghost. It's all personal preference, imo.
