Good guide, but there's just one thing I have to mention: You never took a point in Rapid Fire until level 13. This is bad, because extra attack speed could mean a victory instead of a crushing defeat in a 1v1 fight. +1
Well I have a good reason for this. In the early levels you can't afford the extra mana cost. By that I mean that you can't rocket jump in, use your skills and rocket jump out. Here is the math showing it done:
Some others have been asking "Why don't you take a point in Rapid Fire before level 6? It can do more damage than lvl 2 Explosive Shot when you land two AAs." I've had this question asked to me many times, and the answer is simple: It is for mana conservation purposes.
Tristana's base mana at level 6 is 385.
The Burst Combo with the EWWEWR skill order is 280 mana.
The Burst Combo with the EWWQWR skill order is 350 mana.
This means that if you use the second skill order, you won't have enough mana to use another Rocket Jump when your cooldown resets. This extra mana will help you get away after the kill or jump offensively again onto the remaining champion.
One important thing to note is that while they do get rapid fire at level 8 they are building an AD guide. Since I build Tristana AP by the time I can afford the point in rapid fire I am assassinating people in one burst combo most of the time. When this happens there is really no point in putting a point in rapid fire since I will of killed them before even auto attacking.
However, lets say that my damage fell short of a kill. This is where I would you rapid fire if I had a point in it, but there is a problem. AP Tristana's auto attacks do next to nothing in damage. So while I am poking them they can hit me with whatever burst they have. It doesn't matter who they are, AD champs will win a 1v1 while Tristana is on cooldowns and AP champions will get to use their burst against you. So instead I will run back into my minion line before they have a chance to regroup and harase back. This leaves you will almost full health and tons of damage to the enemy. If I had stayed then I might of died or taken lots of damage.
Point is, since rapid fire doesn't scale with AP or have anything that helps with my burst it is better to just upgrade other skills since you should be killing people off fast by level 8
