This is a pretty hilarious guide, and honestly not a bad one. I'd just suggest clarifying you're going mid.

If you go bot with AP Trist, you need to make sure that your mid is fine with picking an AD Carry like Caitlyn. To be honest though, you don't perform well in a 2v2 lane.

ADC dishes out the most damage in a teamfight, by replacing that with a ****ty late-game AP carry, you gib your team's damage quite heavily.

And then you'll be useless late game because you have no dps.

Thank you for the feedback. While I'll agree that botlane is not the best place for a mage, I believe AP Tristana does better than most. Her early game damage is truly exceptional, and once you've developed a good sense for just how much you can do, they won't survive your burst.

I recommend you to turn C2V(Comment To Vote) on so you get some nice feedback. I agree with Laggermeister on the bot lane. I supported some ap Teemos etc. and that was very frustrating. You can only win the lane if you can burst the enemy adc down, and early game you just won't. And a smart enemy will just shut you down every time he survived your combo. Especially if you play against a high-range adc and the support is smart enough to stay away. It's also harder to gank bot lane, and I think that's a problem if you play something as risky as AP Trist. Well I think it's risky, I've never done it tbh.

You're better off stating it clearly as a mid lane guide. While AP Trist top can definitely work against certain matchups, AP Trist bot is making a concession in team comp and needs an AD carry in another position (most likely top), which is not actually wise, except at low summoner levels.

Also, it's worth mentioning that this is the dominant build in non-Summoner's Rift maps, especially ARAM.

A fair point, and I thank you for bringing it to my attention. Mid is the main location but this build is intended to work for any lane (except jungle, of course). I have now made that clear.

Pains me to have to downvote this guide (normally it'd be +1 for alcohol), but there is one huge and very glaring flaw in it - you don't explain which lane your build is for. In particular, 'Your best friend is Lulu' seems to suggest that it's for bot lane. The video shows her going mid, but this is nowhere explained in the guide.

Also, hybrid pen marks please, better than mpen.
