The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Hello members of Mobafire.
As you might have understund, this is a One hit veigar guide. If you follow this guide, you will have a guaranted one hit.
If you have any questions, please send me a message here on mobafire immediatly.
I have choosen flat AP seals and marks to max the power of your Q, Wand R.
Beleve or not, I've choosen flat AP on the Quint to, you may change the Sels or Marks to mana regenation if you need to.
For the glyphs have i choosen magic resist to avoid the damage of the enemy mid liner, and their other AP champions.
For me, is the masteries very hard to take from a guide, because they are pretty personal.
But in this guide i choosed:
One point point in Summoner's Wrath to incrase my Ignites AP while it is on cooldown.
Four points in Mental Force for the AP.
Four points in Sorcery to get that little extra CDR which is needed.
One point in Arcane Knowledge to get Magic Peneteration.
Three points in Havoc to increase the damage delt by 1.5%.
Four points in Blast to gain more AP per lever.
Four points in Archmage to increase the ability power by 5%.
One point in Executioner to increase the damage dealt by 6% to targets with low health.
Three points in Resistance to gain some Magic Resist.
One point in Summoner's Insight to reduce the cooldown of Flash.
Three points in Expanded Mind to gain mana per level.
And last, one point in Meditation to gain some Mana Regen.
Start of with a Dorans Ring. It will give you some AP, health and the mana regenation to help you not to go out of mana in early game.
Next time you recall, buy a pair of Boots of Speed which you will upgrade to Ionian Boots of Lucidity. They will give you Movementspeed and Cooldownreduction.
When you got your boots start building on a Deathfire Graps. First buy a Amplifying Tome which you should upgrade into a Kage's Lucky Pick. Then buy a Blasting Wand to complete your Deathfire Grasp.
Your next item to build is a Rabadons hat. Start of with a Blasting Wand and then a Needlessy Large Rod. Now is your Rabadons Hat complete.
Now is it time to build a Archangel Staff. Start with a Blasing wand, then Sapphire Crystal and MekiPendant to build a Tear of the Godness. Now should your Archangel Staff be complete.
Now up to the last item, the Abyssal Scepter. First buy a Blasing Wand then a Negatron Cloak. Now is your Abyssal Scepter complete.
In the first three levels choose your Q, W and E.
Then is it time to upgrade your Q spell two times.
In level 6 choose your ultimate.
In level 7 choose your Q, and in level 8 choose your W.
In level 9 choose your Q.
Level 10 choose your W, and in level 11 your R.
In level 12 is it time to upgrade your E once, then go ahead and upgrade your W In level 13, In level 14 choose your E and in 15 choose your W.
In lvl 16 choose your R, and the next two levels choose your E.
I play with Ignite and Flash.
Ignite to either lower your enemies Health and give you AP, or to recieve a killing blow when the enemies have low health.
While farming at your line, you should use your Q to lasthit the minions, by doing that will you increase your AP per lasthit and kill.
