WARNING: The Ability Power shown above is far from accurate, the actual Ability Power should be 900-1100! This build will be first looked at as a troll build, hands down, but rest assure it is the most OP AP build out there. Ziggs has mana problems at first but the Tear keeps him going a lot longer and also quickly adds to the bonus mana. By the time you get the first Staff you should have +300 mana, by the 4th Staff you should have +900-1000. With the insane mana and mana regeneration you can spam abilities non-stop, at insanely high damage. The Rabadon's Deathcap helps by making 800 AP, if you did only 6 Archangel's Staffs, into 1100.
