Introduction

Hi guys,
I'll make this short because there's nothing I hate more in a guide then a WALL OF TEXT. This is my first public build on mobafire. I've been kicking *** lately with it and wanted to share it. Enjoy and please leave feedback.
Thanks!

Pros / Cons

Pros:
Good damage early and mid game.
INSANE damage late game.
Easy to farm with.
Great engage (Ult).
Perma-slow (seriously the best thing about ashe).
Scout (Awesome...seriously).
Takes down towers like butter.

Cons:
Squishy.
Vulnerable to CC until you get Banshee's.
Her escape mechanism can be countered easily.
Very vulnerable to ganks.

Runes

Focus on armor pen as it helps with the early laning phase (harras mostly, early game makes you win games) while allowing sustained damage late game. I take attack speed blues because it helps a lot in the early game but magic resist/magic resist per level is also a good choice.

Masteries

For masteries I focus on the offensive stats making sure to take the attack speed bonus, crit chance, armor pen and life steal. In the defensive tree, grab the extra armor, magic resist and hp; it makes you a bit tankier rendering you able to survive longer in the early to mid game fights. Take improved flash/tele in utility, it really is a plus.

Items

Early game to mid game:

x2 Gives you good damage and health for the early game and puts you at 9% lifesteal with the masteries which is almost a free Vampiric Scepter.
Pretty obvious.
Once you get this your farming start to go very well and your damage is significantly improved. Turn this into an Infinity Edge in the mid game.
Helps chasing down enemies and also very good for escaping.

The core items are:

Situational items (Sell your boots to get one of these):

Get this if the enemy team is AP heavy/has a lot of cc, prevents you from dying from a veigar stun or some other engage of that kind.
Get this only if the enemy is really AD heavy or if they have a fed AD carry. I rarely get one.
Got one once. More of a troll item on ashe but works well if the enemy is balanced and all of them do about the same amount of damage (considering you are not facing Vayne/Kog maw or champions that have a madered's.

Skill Sequence

Everything's up there. Focus on getting volley early as it does good damage and helps farming too. Make sure you get your scout at level 2 and then max it last. It'll let you over extend if you have too while keeping you safe from ganks. The +1 gold per kill is also nice. Of course get your ult when it's possible.

Summoner Spells

and are my personal favorites. Gives you great mobility and allows for a safe escape/chase combined with your ult.

Also viable:

All the other ones don't work really well on ashe.

Farming

FARM FARM FARM FARM FARM FARM FARM FARM FARM FARM FARM FARM FARM FARM. Did I say it enough? Being an AD carry is all about farming. If your early game is good, then you're good to go. Focus more on last hitting then on harassing. Between getting a CS and a hit on an enemy, choose the CS.

Team Fights

If you don't run in at front, stay back and I can guarantee you'll make tons of damage + kills. Your ult is a great engage, use it properly. Also, the arrow is a great way to counter some very strong ults like Kat's, Sion's, Poppy's, Warwick's, Tryndamere's and more.

Ranked Play

I've played this build in ranked and it works really well. If you have mid, just play safe and farm your level advantage. If you're laning, also focus on farming but land some hits on the melee champions so the ganks go smoother when your jungler comes in.

Summary

Thanks for looking through this guide. Like I said please leave feedback, it really matters to me. Cheers!
