At first THIS IS A FUN-BUILD. I know there are better ways of playing Cho, but AS/AP Cho still works (as you can see in the Season 1 Trailer :P). It is based on "Vorpal Spikes", wich deals AoE damage for each attack.

Pros:
- Strong early game
- Good CC
- Nice damage with "Feast"
- Fun to play

Cons:
- Very weak late game
- No cahnce vs ranged heros

Summoner Spells:

I chose flash because you can get near the enemy champion and finish them with "Feast". Of course you can also use this to escape. Same thing with Ghost, you can use it to chase or to escape. If you want to you can skip them for other spells, Summoner Spells are always a matter of opinion.

Runes:

Marks: I used AS runes here, because "Vorpal Spikes" and Madred's deal magical damage, so Armor Pen would make no sense. You could also use Magic Pen, but "Feast" ignores any resistance so i prefer AS.
Seals:
Some HP are always good.
Glyphes:
AP/lvl is better then AP. At Lvl 6 you gain more AP then with the other runes.
Quints:
Here AP is better then AP/lvl i think. The AP runes have a bigger bonus until you reach Lvl 12.

Items:

Malady:
This is a nice hybrid item wich gives you a nice AS boost and some AP.
Boots of Swiftness
You must catch up with you enemies or you are useless.
Nashors Tooth:
Another hybrid item with AS/AP. The CD reduction is very nice
Madred's Bloodrazor:
Must have item with any AS build. This is the reason why you aren't useless lategame.
Guinsoo's Rageblade
Hybrid again: AP/AD/AS. Try to have all stacks when you are joining a fight.
Zhonya's Ring
Pure AP. Nice damage boost for "Feast" and your other spells.
Why no survivability?
"Feast" gives you an additional 900 HP to your bassical 1910. Together with your runes that are 2985 HP without any survivability. That is enough if you think that your main job is damage.

Way to play:

Early/Mid game:
Maximise "Vorpal Spikes" and get as much last hits as you can. You should deal very much damage, at Lvl 5 your "Vorpal Spike" deals 60 bonus damage each hit, wich is quite nice. You harass them very hard without even attacking them. Use "Rupture" and "Feral Scream" to finish enemies. When you reach Lvl 6 use "Feast" against enemy champions or minions to get the extra HP.

Late game:
You should feel that you are getting weaker. Your main damage are the Bloodrazor and "Feast". Focus more on AP in the end because your "Feast" stacks with AP and you can deal about 1000 TRUE DAMAGE with your ult. Although you are getting weaker and weaker you are not useless: You have a 4 sec AoE Silence, an AoE slow with nice damage, Feast and the Bloodrazor. Also "Rupture" deals nice damage in the end. If you had a good early and mid game you still should deal some damage.

I hope you have a lot of fun with this build :D Sorry for my bad english, I'm from Germany.
