The Intent

The intent of this guide is to give a strong base for any player who wishes to carry like crazy in a 3's game as Ashe. With this guide and its recommended runes, masteries, and items, I - for one - tend to do extremely well. This build allows the player to rip anyone apart - especially late game - and allows you to solo Dragon in about 3 seconds! This guide's items cannot all be obtained if the game is too short. Most of my games in which I get my full set last about 30 minutes. Enjoy the guide!

The Masteries

The mastery build for this guide is centered around damage and bursting. It focuses on damage, attack speed, and arpen (armor penetration). The point in Burning Embers is not completely necessary. However, I use it on all characters that I use Ignite on. :)

Skill Sequence

This skill sequence allows for kills early in the game, maxing Frost Shot first to allow for easier kills. I tend to put a point in Hawkshot at level 4 to watch out for incoming ganks, but do not max it until I have almost maxed most of my other skills. And obviously get a point in ECA as often as possible (6, 11, 16)

Runes

The point of this build is to allow for extreme bursts of damage. Attack speed on Ashe is critical if you wish to carry a team. I get attack speed reds, crit damage yellows, and CD reduction blues, along with arpen quints. This rune build goes along with the items and masteries to allow for great amounts of damage in short amounts of time.
