Hi, this is Awperation and my first build :P so, don't judge me too harshly.

The purpose of this build is to slow the hell out of your enemies and piss them off. With level 5 frost shot and a frozen mallet, you can slow the 330 movement lizard to a mere 186. Now imagine that with a champion.

Start off with a Meki Pendant and head mid. Save your first shot for the champion. Harass with volley whenever you can. Don't rush for a kill, you'll get that on later in the game :) Use ghost to save yourself whenever you feel like it. Try to stay in lane for as long as possible. If the enemy gets close, fire a volley, it'll scare 'em. Most of the time, I stay in lane long enough to get a couple of assists and enough minion kills to buy a Frozen Mallet in one go. If you're not doing so well, follow the item build.

Mid game you want to participate in team fights, focus the squishies and then try to slow the survivors with Frost Shot. Pick up Lizard buff whenever you can.

I used to follow SnprShot's Ashe DPS guide (http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/ashe-the-true-carry-dps-303), until about the point Riot released Manamune, not as great for mana regen, but better damage.

Rate up or down, but please, if you rate down, tell why.
