I get pretty much the same items, generally.

1. I usually get Zeal after triple Doran's. By that point, you have +30AD and what you need is some ASpd.
2. Last Whisper is good. I'd consider Youmuu's Ghostblade depending on their armor choices, though. CDR is handy, topping off the crit is handy, 20 armor pen. isn't bad... Not saying CDR is that important, but it doesn't hurt, and you can even take Avarice Blade in there somewhere.
3. Usually I'd get PD before IE. The extra move speed helps, and IE isn't as good without synergy. But Zeal -> IE -> PD is doable, too. If you get Berserker's Greaves, then you need the PD for move speed (but if you get Move3, then you need PD for ASpd... whatever).
4. You mention The Bloodthirster, but it really should be in the build. If you wreck faces in mid, you could very well get that deep into the build.
5. Sapphire Crystal won't set you back much, and it builds into Banshee's. It's worth taking one fairly early. It's also nice to have a catalyst around the time you sell your first Doran's, and it's nice to have a Vampiric Scepter around the time you sell your second Doran's. That way you don't really miss them when they're gone.

just to let you know there is no point in getting 2 sets of boots. as they both wont work. It has a unique Passive. Does not work
