As you can see in the image below this build works, I was dying so quickly with the "orthodox" build for Ashe which is just dps and life-steal so I had to be creative (we were 4v5 - and were suffering in team fights) ... Also, with this build, they underestimate you and think they will take you out quickly like they usually do, but they can't. Let me just stress, this is a late game build. But how often does one get to late game anyway? So the first 3 items are fine.
