For masteries I prefer:
21/5/4

Nice for Ashe ;)

Skill Sequence

First we maxing R :D , then W , then Q and at the last E .

I prefer get Flash+Barrier but you can try with
Flash+Ignite
Flash+Exhaust + frost arrows ( hell in *** )
Flash+Heal
Flash+Teleport
Ghost+Barrier
Ghost+Exhaust
Ghost+Heal

Pros / Cons

Pros
Really EASY to play.
Her spells doing really big SLOW !
Her passive + our runes ( 20% crit chance ) can do BIG DMG at EARLY levels ! If we lucky enemy adc will die by 4-5 hits at 1 level :)
Her W slowing like Q
Her E help with using R
She is fun to play
EASY gangs.
OP in teamfights
With full build and mine reccomended runes you get 100 % chance for criticly strike !

Cons
EASY to gang
To use her ULTIMATE you need good skillshot
Her W CAN'T crit strike :C
Easy to kill sometimes.
Can be weak at the beggining of the game.
