Reasons for downvote:

Items need work. Swiftness was viable before they changed zeal/PD a year ago. zerker/merc are more viable options considering you are going to be much faster than them and the 25% atk speed is a really good start. And I disagree with 2 PD and keeping boots of swiftness. No point when you can get better items. Maybe get a BC instead then drop boots for 2nd PD. Also might wanna get a Vamp scepter sometime before u finish PD.

Masteries are weird, CD reduc is unneeded. you are missing out on armor pen, and I don't see the point in taking out of Havoc, that's really good mid-end game. And why extra mana per level? Reduced death time can save your inhibs/nexus or help you push harder considering it can go up to 2-8 secs.

Glyphs are awkward, if you want so much move-speed, why get move-speed quints? your goal isn't to out run rammus. I suggest more armor pen. The armor seals are "ok" and debatable, but mp5 per level? If you use that much mana I'm surprised. I suggest flat mana seals if taking mana at all.

Summoner spells are crazy to me. Why if you are stacking so much movespeed take ghost? you don't need it with 2 PD, 4% increase, boots of swiftness, and an auto atk slow. your opponent isn't getting away anytime soon. The flash is fine and I agree but you might wanna take Ignite or Exhaust instead of ghost. Ignite is the better option but if you have problems with people getting on you, and being unable to kite without super MS exhaust also works well in 1v1s after your stun.

Another problem is the wall of text. Really unsightly and take the time to take SS and post. No one wants to read thousands of characters like you are writing a response. This is a build, people like colors and stoof :P.

reason i take boots is because she is so slow to start with, even with added move speed from runes, the phantom dancers give the crit she needs as talked about in the build. reduced death time is only for people who die often as ashe in which case, they arent playing her correctly (i find reduced death time is a complete waste of 2 or 3 points, i hardly ever die in the first place with ashe) i dont take exhaust because whats the point of using my range to my advantage if i can get in close enough to exhaust them? and i have the slow anyway the only use for exhaust is so cait doesnt out dps me and usually a teammate can do that for me, ignite is a pathetic choice on ashe because she is a kiter, in the attempt to place yourself in range for ignite your missing out on auto-attack damage and extra slow. did you read the guide at all? i explained all of this in it! read the guide THEN comment please

to further explain why boots of swiftness, the movespeed is critical for roaming and map control, ignite is only useful over ghost when the enemy team has alot of health regen or heals, i find the extra armor pen is useless compared to a little more speed to get from one side of the map to the other a little faster for a gank much more viable. while berserker greaves is the new standard for ashe today its actually quite a useless item on her, she doesnt need the extra attack speed as much as she could make use of move speed to counter her squishiness, she needs to focus on damage dealing items first which is why i pick up the bf sword, once she has infinity edge THAT is when you look for extra attack speed, because your damage is already set and im mainly looking at the extra crit and move speed in the phantom dancers anyway! the extra mana and mana regen in runes and masteries is awkward? they are necessary on ashe so she doesnt need mana regen or mana increasing items, have you played an ashe at all? you should know then that mana is a major issue with her and to counter that issue yes i prefer mana regen so i can use volley one more time and kill that cait in mid, without it she would get away and i lost that kill see? i can see where your coming from, and with most ranged dps your right but not ashe since with the permaslow she needs to focus on kiting, thats what riot made her for and why they gave her a permaslow. vamp scepter is completely useless, it doesnt give enough lifesteal to matter for ashe and even if it did, you shouldnt need it or your getting hit too often and need to stay at the back of your team not lead the charge on mid. remember she already has enough armor pen, the quints dont make that much difference from what ive noticed. I take ghost for increased map control and escape if i do manage to get caught between a rock and a hard place, to your point about reduced death time to defend my nexus, well why would i need that when if the team fight goes bad and their team is chasing me i can pop ghost and beat them to my base? if im being focused in a teamfight it means i did something wrong, lifesteal is for the "tankier" ranged dps like cait not ashe. and btw i dont know how to make pretty colors this is my first guide fyi. just read it, seriously lol this is all explained in the guide why i take this set and i just re-explained it for you

sorry i kinda went into a nonsensical tirade there due to my confusion of your reccomendation, i can see why u go attack speed greaves, since jhoijhoi grabs them as well, and in some situations they are useful, let me apologize for earlier comments and revise my build a little more and attempt to account for other players skill level with ashe as well as add some art (ill need to do some reseach to make purty colors :) ) thanks for the advice btw, and ill add some strategy for ashe rather than just ad carry when i get some time.
