Introduction
Hey Guys, Aspirelight here
This is my first guide on Mobafire and I want to share with you my Lee Sin Top Build, which helped me a lot reaching the Challenger Tier in Season 4 and the Diamond Tear in Season 3.
This guide will give you a overview how to play this champion in the top lane. Many people argue that he is not the best top laner but he fits perfect into the current meta and is really strong in lane. I played him more then 400 times in the last year and if you are abeled to use his full potential you will be able to destroy many opponents and carry your team to victory!
As an Assassin we want to go for straight Damage and Sustain. Hydra is the perfect Item for Lee Sin because you can use Tempest + the active of Hydra to nearly Clear a wave of Creeps in one hit and will get tons of life back when u have your W active. Black Cleaver and Last Whisper add the needed armor penetration to eliminate the enemies carries. The last two items should be Defensive if. Just pick up an Randuins/Sunfire or Malmortius.
Maxin W in laning phase gives you the sustain you need to deal with enemys like renekton or nasus. Also you can block cleavers from mundo to denie him in cs.
Anyway you can go for maxing Q if you want to deal tons of damage.
Especially versus Riven and Tryndamere (Champs that deal alot of DMG with basic attacks) I admit to max your Tempes/Cripple to slow their Attack Speed so you can outtrade them.

I hope this guide will bring you a brief overview of Lee Sin as a top laner.
Don't listen to people that say that he is useless. Just try him and you will see that he is a very strong top laner in the current meta.
If you have any questions just add me in League or PM me. (IGN is: Aspirelight)
