Introduction
First at all Talon is an assassin mainly.
Early game he is weak till he get a kill or good farm.
At the first recoll must get at least Brutalizer.
Play passive till u get your W(Rake) Skill at level 3,before it use W for farm if it hard lane.
The Build that i give is Tanky+Dps+Burst!
Runes
Quintessences = 3x Scaling Attack Damage(+0.25dmg per level)
Marks = 9x Armor penetration(+1.28)
Seals = 9x Armor (+1)
Glyphs = 9x Magic Resist (+1.34)
