Summoner Spells
Exhaust is a great spell for making kills, especially early game, it slows people and they wont be able to hit you back with normal attacks for 3 seconds
Ghost is an awesome choice because it makes Master Yi incredibly fast, even without his highlander.

If you think Exhaust is a bad choice you should pick Cleanse, because highlander doesnt make you immune to stuns snares and fears, you might want to pick it, it is also a great choice for Master Yi and nearly any champion. Or if youre a bad enough dude, you could replace Ghost with Cleanse

Armor Penetration is a great choice so that you can make easier kills, because you do alot more damage, especially early this is great, because most champions wont have more armor than you have penetration, wich means you deal full damage.
Mana Regeneration per level runes, everytime i make a kill, i usually use all of Master Yi's skills except Meditate, and when i kill someone with highlander i can go make another kill, the problem with this is that you run out of mana in no time, mana regeneration helps alot, especially endgame you can meditate whenever you want, so you dont have to recall to get mana or health all the time.

21 Points in offense for maximum damage and exhaust mastery, 9 points in utility for maximum experience, gold and the ghost mastery.

Double Strike
Just a great passive, every 7 attacks Master Yi deals double damage

Alpha Strike
This is a great ability that deals alot of damage, and has a chance to deal a huge amount of bonus damage to minions or creeps, when you use it you will dissapear for a second, deal damage to nearby enemies, and reappear next to your target. Its great for chasing and ofcourse dealing damage, also a good farming tool with the mana regenerationn runes.

Meditate is great for not just healing, but if you use it, and its maxed, your enemies will deal close to no damage on you at all, its great for letting enemies waste skills, and killing them when they have no skills left, because it doesn't only heal you for a huge amount of health, it also increases your armor by a huge amount while active. Remember however, that Meditate can be interrupted.

Wuju Style
Passively increases your melee attack damage by 15 to 35, and when you activate it, you gain double that bonus, but when the buff wears off, and Wuju Style is on cooldown, the passive bonus is removed until the skill becomes available again.
The 30 damage bonus when active is great for killing people early game

Increases your attack and movement speed by a huge amount, and if you kill someone while highlander is active, all your cooldowns are reset, even highlanders cooldown, this also means that if you activated Wuju Style before killing someone, you get the active bonus and the passive bonus, increasing your attack by 45 to 105 depending on level. While highlander is active you are also immune to slows

The item build focuses on speed, attack speed, and crits, you dont have to build him exactly like this, the choice of items is more or less up to you. Remember to use Sword of the Divine's active when killing people for maximum armor penetration.

How to make Kills
First of all you start off with red elixir and 5 health potions, yes, 5, so you can be agresssive and you can keep laning for a while

Level 1:
Her*** once or twice with alpha strike, you dont have to really, but its important that you(and your laning partner, if not mid) can bring someone down to half health before level one, without seeming too agressive, you can be ofcourse, but dont waste your mana!

Level 2:
Congratulations you can now activate Wuju Style for 30 damage bonus, make sure you get Double Strike active with the help of the current minion wave, hide in a bush(if not mid), use your elixir(+20 dmg), and when the half health champion comes near, activate Wuju Style(+30 dmg) and Alpha Strike him, right click, exhaust, and if he isnt dead before exhaust is over, you'll want to use ghost to finish him off.
Alpha Strike will deal 100 damage, You will have 50 increased base damage because of Wuju Style and the Elixir, and you can do about 3 to 5 attacks on him with Ghost and Exhaust depending on where your enemy was standing, with 50 damage bonus and the first hit double strike, this always kills someone. Enjoy last hitting until the underlevelled enemy comes back

Upon Obtaining Malady and some Boots:
Get the lizard buff, and kill some people, it doesnt really matter where, just kill people, it wont be hard with the lizard buff, exhaust, highlander and ghost, Alpha Strike will enable you to get that lizard killed easily, and the life drain keeps you near full health.

If you want, you can get Thornmail to piss people off while you meditate, because while meditating youll have over 400 armor, and the damage returned will be bigger than the damage you take, and you will be healing more than they deal damage.
(Unless your enemies are all mages ofcourse)
If you have made some kills, you can easily kill most people, and Mardred's Bloodrazors will enable you to kill the tankiest of tanks with the help of your huge attack speed. Endgame Master Yi shines, you cant be beaten if you actually make use of Meditate's armor bonus to make your enemies ruin all their damage on you.
