With this build you should almost deal true dmg to the enemy carry.
Use your stealth+ youmuus to engage on the carry, then E Q tiamat R.
If you get ccd you're dead.
Try to use ur Q before your E, because of the armorshred. If you are not in range, use your E as gapcloser.
By pressing R again you can cancel your ult. This is usefull because you deal more dmg with aa and other spells. Use your ult for knocking up.
Use your Q as much as possible.If it hits a crit, it will deal around 1000~1500 dmg.
Use your W yomus E R combo to gank mid and get kills.
You wont be tanky. Play like Talon.
Dont stay in team fights. Use your W to sneak out and focus the carries.
With tf, ie, youmuus active and E youll have a nice attack speed and get some nice crits.

Pick this build only if your team already has a tank, prferrable also an nice engager, something like tank j4, mao, rammus or malphite.

After the Talon nerf (remove of silence from E) I wanted to find a champion who can come out of stealth and oneshot carries.

Math for armorpen+dmg:
I asume that the armorshred of the Q aplies first, followed by black cleaver, then last whisper+ masteries.
The ingame stats showed for last whisper+masteries 39% armorpen.
Hitting a target with your Q would cause an armorshred of 30% by the Q and 5% by black cleaver:
0.7*0.95=0.665
The taget has only 66.65% of its original armor.
Last whisper + masteries:
0.665*0.61=0.40565
Around 40.5% armor left.
And last of all the normal armorpen is applied.
You should have 49 normal armorpen.
