Evelyn Build:
1st - So what we have here is a DPS AD Evelyn build. She is my preferred assassin on Dominion and I haven't quite decided which of the two builds I like better. If you get fed, it won't matter much :D Note that I say to get Oracle's Elixer, of course on Dominion, you get Oracle's Extract, but that's to counter any Akali's or other Evelyn's you might see. If any enemy has a stealth, PLEASE buy this! You won't believe how helpful it is! 2nd - is AP Evelyn, and this is very similar to my Akali build. MOST OF YOUR DAMAGE COMES FROM HITTING YOUR E! Always open with it! Very very very good ratio. BUT DON'T MAKE FIGHTING YOUR GOAL! Too much caps, but I can't stress that enough. Gameplay guide comes later!

Akali Build:
Like we need more Akali's on Dominion, ugh. Just kidding, I love playing Akali and even if others play her, you should too. Ignore those complaining she's OP. She's not. Just buy Oracles! Anyway, onto the build. This is my favorite build for her on Dominion - feel free to pick different boots though. Quints in both build are really your choice, but I run flat AP/AD and I like it. You'll get enough armor/magic pen in all builds, feel free to get Sorc boots instead. If I'm getting fed with Akali, I skip Rylai's, it's mainly a survivability item for me.
