I mean she can't give mana to herself anymore, but she doesn't need that. Starcall costs lowered, and you can still support your AD caster (Sivir, Ezreal, MF) as well as you could before. She still is pretty viable as support. If anyone played her solo lane, they will dislike this change because that is pretty much impossible now.
