Item build
Start up with 
Doran's Ring to get some HP and Manaregeneration .
After laning to about 1'200 gold you can buy Ionian Boots of Lucidity and some Health Potion .
Now go back at 2'000 gold and buy Doran's Ring and Mejai's Soulstealer .
After you farmed enough buy Needlessly Large Rod .
If you farmed up to 2'200 gold ,buy Rabadon's Deathcap .
If you bought the Deathcap buy Blasting Wand .
And if you have enough gold buy Lich Bane .
Thats the core .
Now sell the first Doran's and buy Blasting Wand .
If you killed enough champions buy Rylai's Crystal Scepter .
Now farm until you have enough gold to buy a Rabadon's Deathcap .
So your end-item build looks like this
Masteries
I play with these Masteries to hold a lane as long as i can .
A dead Nuke can't get kills .
Runes
9 x Greater Glyph of Knowledge to get enough mana to spam attacks in late game .
9 x Greater Mark of Replenishment for a good manaregeneration at the early game .
3 x Greater Quintessence of Knowledge to get enough mana to spam attacks in late game .
