I like it, but I feel you could have replaced ghost with something else such as flash, teleport or ignite which I feel would be more useful.
Agree. I personally would take flash as you should just kill them and you shouldnt be needing ignite.
Also I find the lack of offensive mastery a bit offputting.
Agree again. IMO you miss the spell pen %, since you dont take the boots either.
personally I have been looking for a hybrid AD/AP akali for quite a while, since most of my builds have been AP heavy even at 18 it takes an age to take down towers when compared with someone like Yi (well it's not technically your job but still, lol.)

Finally, I disagree. You just dont go for attack speed. Your rageblade should be enough. Kill enemies around the tower so your AD carry can carry on (yea, thats some wordplay!) killing the tower.
So, good text and explanation, but wouldnt go for the skilltree. Not voting as you cant vote 0.

Also I find the lack of offensive mastery a bit offputting. For example if you were to use ignite, the mastery in it would immediately give you the passive for level 1 once you've used it, which can mean an early first blood.

Even jungling the stats by end should be higher.
Try to look at more items that give AP and AD if you want to say its hybrid. Its good for a first guide though. (I'm not bashing im only saying there is a lot of room for improvement. please don't take it the wrong way. If you want I'd be happy to help you fix something just PM me.)
