Your combo to kill is w (harrass) q (behind the enemy) e (shield and a short stun) later in the game you have to knock the enemy adc/apc with your w q e r combo in your team. never use both w at the same time when you dont know if the enemy jungler is there for a gank, if you know you can kill him, go in if not, dont even try it.
In the lane you mostly will harrass your enemy and try to outfarm him while harrass him, go roam at lvl6 when your opponent is dead or in base :)

In teamfights you dont have it easy, you have to poke with w (or q if you cant get too close) while you have to dodge all hooks, stuns, roots, etc.... and when you see your engager (top or jungler) engage, try to knock the enemy adc/apc in with your w q e r (maybe flash) into your team and then slow, stun the enemys with your w q and e.
