Hey guys its Talaine hope you like this build please vote/comment i love hearing from you guys :)
Start of Banking 2 Averice Blades then build boots of speed then then move on to Nashys Toothpick (Nashor's Tooth) Then Phantom Dancer Then the rest is your choice. Try to make Ghostblade last so you get the most out of Averice blades.

Pros / Cons

Weak Mid Game but Early/Late Game Pretty much OP as ****. The Averice blades make it so your late game comes faster :) I like to use the ult on them and Exhaust them while they're in the ult then overall own them. :) (The speed makes up for lower damage)

Explaining Reasoning for items used

Nashor's Toothpick
Parrley - has low cooldown as it is but with nashor's tooth it makes it cooldown FAST
This item really helps all your skills greatly your ultimate has a massive cooldown and with the toothpick it makes like like Every minute if i do recall :)
(Yomuuuuuuuu's Ghostblade)
The Active on it rocks
( Tri Force )
Gives you a slowing ability for parley and Extra Speed.
(Phantom Dancer)
Atk speed and more speed and i think crit
(Infinty Edge)
250% Crit dam? i like
