Indroduction

Lucian is currently my main champion and man is he the best poke marksman I can possible find (Other than Ezreal he is fun too). Being that Lucian is a poke champion he just fits my hit and run play style perfectly. This means that if you like poke champs or want to start with them then this is the best champion to start on/ just play.

Runes

Now Runes are pretty basic in the magic resist blues armor yellow damage reds and damage/ speed quints. Primarily why this page is so common is that as marksman you don't want any lack of resistances in lane but you also don't want any lack of damage early.

Masteries

Masteries are pretty easy to explain because well first of all thunderlord works on everyone (which is dumb) so you put eighteen in the cunning tree and then the remainder into the ferocity Tree. I will explain the once that might not make the most sense being sorcery, savagery, and Thunderlords decree. As for why you might take sorcery is that it increases spell damage amazing for Lucian's Q and his ultimate making the damage better no matter how insignificant its still nice. savagery is an interesting one because you would assume that nothing of his works with it other than auto attacks, this is not true being that his Q TARGETS only one minion or champion, because it does this it procs the savagery damage. thunderlords is the most ridiculous because well first of all you poke a good amount with your Q so using Q and then autoing with your passive... well there is thunderlords aka massive poke and typically a recall from whom ever you did it to, second of all three bolts from your ult which has massive damage to begin with now more than ever assures a kill or even two.
