Introduction
Also easily variable. Did it quickly, but basically, you wanna move quickly and have a fair amount of AP. Believe it or not, stacking up all these items will get you around 400AP, so it's worth investing in the Offensive Mastery Tree. You can go full AP masteries, I just thought the early attack speed and APen can come in handy for last hitting.
Alright. AP Teemo build. Not so standard. You'll be EXTREMELY squishy, but man will you be hated. This build forces you to play safe, and make sure you have vision before making a move. The MR from abyssal and holy grail will help you confront AP carries if necessary. You can also deal with AD carries quite easily as you can blind dart poke, and melt them with malady.
You may notice there's more items than possibly held. Approaching the end, you'll want to sell your Haunting Guise, as it's more of an early game item, to transition into the Rylai's. That'll contribute to your survivability and also will lead a more painful chase/kite.
You'll also want to sell the holy grail for a lich bane as the CDR/Mana Regen won't be as necessary in the late game, while lich bane increases your damage quite considerably.
For the skepticals, the malady is really worth the purchase. Your Attack Speed increase is extremely handy to shut down AD carries, on top of shredding MR even more.

I really wouldn't recommend this in ranked solo queue. An oracle, and you're easily shut down.
If you play top, so you need to make sure your jungler's a good tanky bruiser.
I'd recommend mid just because of the early MR stack will easily make you win lane against most match ups.
I think it can be played in Ranked 5v5 Teams, just because you can make your team play around your build. Shroom baits with this build can easily make you single handedly with the team fight. Gives great buff control aswell.
