Bard Ok, so this is beginning of counter part. It's very diffitcult to choose bad and good picks against Bard. Range champs are more difficult to poke in early or stun by Q, but usually they haven't got any skills to dodge your Q. Melee champions have to go inside his creep wave to farm so its easy to hit him by Q, but when he will get close to us we are usually dead.

Who the hell are you man and why are u telling us how should we play.

Im support main from Silver (Yeah i know it's not the best) my favourite support is Bard.
I mastered his mechanics. In my free time (read: when i don't play supports) i like playing very weird ways to play, like Bard mid, Braum top. I tried that build about one week ago on my friends account and it was working. Rate this and comment what would you prefer, because i want to make this guide better and better :)

Laning

In early try to poke enemy midlaner. Wherever you play Bard (Support/ Mid) your damage in early is horrible, so be aggresive like **********er. Wait for passive, stunn enemy by q and autoattack him before he'll run away. He'll try to farm with low hp. When he'll get close to you repeat combo and use ingnite. He's dead :) If u are dying on lane (1-2 deaths) start playing safe. Farm near tower or walls (E). If you will get lvl 6 you can start roaming on bot or top.

Gonna Catch Em All! (A few words about passive)

Collecting chimes is one of the most important part of Bard. Chimes give you mana, exp, speed you and upgrade your autoattacks.
Before you will go on your lane collect first 2 chimes. You will have more exp than your opponent.
You will say: Man, on Midlane you have to play on that lane all the time, u have to fight with enemy midlaner and farm, u haven't got time for "chimes".
I answer:
Collect chimes only when it appears on or near your lane. If you will have no mana you can go further.
When you will kill your enemy you can go and collect all chimes (and gank other lane?).

Skill Sequence

When you fight focus on your autoattacks (items that i choosed gives more dmg for autoattacks), but u have to slow or stunn opponent. In late game you throw 4 meeps in about 3 seconds so you can easy one-shot ADC (yeah, Bard one shoting opponents. Looks impossible but it works).
Typical attacking combo:
Wait for all meeps, Q and autoattacks.
Combo when u aren't close to target
R (There's one rule with Bard's R: You hitted target, u missed, you use your E.) Q Autoattacks
Escaping combo
W,E,Q: run away from opponents to the wall, use w to heal yourself and get faster. Use E and go throught portal. And now wait for them. If 1 person is entering your E, stunn him using wall. If you see that 2 opponents are entering your E, wait for them and stunn them both.
If they are smart and they arent entering the portal run as fast as you can and repeat that combo.
