Laning

Laning with bard is pretty much poke, with the spellthief's edge and the masterie, you will be rich attacking the enemies, his E plus his Q can make a great gank, the enemy ganks wont be that effective because your Q plus your W can save you and your ad carry.

Team Fight

Bard's team fight is stronger than lots of other supports because of his ultimate, he can lock enemies, stop towers, and other things. He has stuns, heals, global zhonyas and the MAGICAL JOURNEY, wich any other support have.
