The idea is to make boots useless, since boots dont really help that much. Without boots, talon is slower but does more damage since you are concentrating on damage. Talon has a low health bar, which makes him more appealing to getting attacked the first 6 lvl's. After you got your ultimate attack, try to lower the opponents health a lil above the half. After this try to get in range for cutthroat, use Q(noxian diplomacy)and E(cutthroat)on the opponent. When hit on target use R(shadow assault) and W(rake) fast, which will lead to kill (if necessary use flame). With this playstyle you will get fed and can help other lanes aswell if needed.

PS the movement speed of zephyr and the active ability of youmuu's gostblade makes up for the lacking bootspeed.
