Hi my name is Ronnie and I am making a very basic Nidalee guide so that people can learn the basics of playing and gearing Nidalee.

The runes I have chosen are purely down to personal preference, You may not want as much magic pen or may even want to invest in some armour pen. I used to play Nidalee using AP & Armour pen runes and using hybrid items such as Guinsoo's Rageblade however with the recent Nidalee changes I find that going pure AP is more beneficial therefore armour pen runes are no longer needed with this build.

21/0/9 are the standard caster masteries, These masteries give the best ability power possible and also the mana regen points are a big help with your sustain.

Before I go onto talk about the item build, Go magic pen boots if you want to 2hit people with spears - PRO TIP :D

The items I have chosen really depend on who you are playing against, If you build Rod Of Ages ( recommended ) then I highly suggest you rush it before deathcap to gain the stat bonus as fast as possible, If you are vs a high ad team then going for a early hourglass would be a great help, If they have alot of AP abyssal scepter is a REALLY good item for both defensive and offensive ( pewpew extra spear damage ) but like I say what you build purely depends on team comp.

Hourglass is not needed if you are not getting focused often but its just a option, will of the ancients can be bought if you want to help out your team with the aura buff.
BARE IN MIND YOU CAN BUILD A GUARDIANS ANGEL LATE GAME AND BE UNSTOPPABLE

SELL RING LATER ON. DERPYY.

You may want to max spear first if you want alot of poke damage, Although maxing heal is safer and will give you more sustain to farm, getting trap at level one is also a option if you are playing solo top.

YOUR PASSIVE CAN ALSO BE A BIG SKILL, RUNNING THROUGH BRUSH HUGELY INCREASES MOVEMENT SPEED.

I feel ignite flash are the best possible spells for Nidalee, You can take ghost, exhaust, cv, or maybe even heal depending on how supporty you want to be to your team.

Your heal can heal for around 1000
Go cat and nobody can catch you
One of the best 1v1 champs, Yes...even ap Nid does alot of damage in cat

Pretty squishy ( but uncatchable )
