AS: Total Attack Speed
ASL1: Attack Speed at Level 1
PB: AS% Bonus gained from Items/Abilities/Masteries/Runes
AL: Character's numerical AS increase per Level
Lvl: Current level
AS = ASL1*(1+PB) + (AL)*(Lvl-1)
without beserker greaves your at 202%, with 227%, ult gives 90 so...
AS = 0.68 ( 1 + 2.02 ) + 0.02 ( 18 )
AS = 2.0536 + .36
AS = 2.4136
with berserker greaves your above cap without your ult even being popped. Therefore your ult is only being touched for its support/movement speed, and there should only be 1 other physical dps.
in the Early Game you wants some kills everbody wants..
when you have you're ulti you can get close to them.
but you wont hit much..
so you can use the ignite for the finishing touch? :D
i do use ignite.. :D instead of rally.. its nice..

i have been playing som matches and tested someother summoner abilie but clairvoyance and fortify can be good but if you do premade i would begin to worry abit more :D i pub it's aint that inportant btw i take rally alot for the AP scaling on boomerang blade and with it's lowered cd it can still be used.
a good sivir trows boomerangs and uses his shield to block off spells but an amazing sivir uses his spell shield just at the right time!
