Heya everyone, this is my first guide ever so please be gentle.
This is my personal build how I prefer to build Vayne, it has worked very well for me so far so I'm hoping some of you can make good use of it.

Marks
Greater Mark of Desolation
Well here I obviously took Armor penetration, cause nothing tastes sweeter than 4 shotting your opponent early game.
Seals
Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration
While some of you might say Attack speed is 1000x better, I believe having plenty of mana early game is very good to harass enemies and farm minions with stumble
Glyphs
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
Here I took Magic Resist to be able to hold your ground better against casters
Quintessences
Greater Quint of Desolation
Same reason as marks

I start off with a
Doran's Blade for some nice damage early game and some spellvamp.
As 2nd I take Berserker's Greaves, attack speed works well with your W passive.
I take 2 more dorans blade for extra HP and life leech, allowing you to lane almost forever and gank quite easily with some really nice damage output
I continue with Black Cleaver, it adds up nicely with your damage from dorans + a lot of attack speed making your passive very useful.
You should at least have a few kills by now or assists.
Next big item is Infinity Edge, that baby transforms you into a true killing machine, you can already crit up to 800 on squishies making you king of 1 on 1 and very good ganker
I follow up with Bloodthirster to make even more damage and nice life steal allowing you to regen in between fights.
Next up is Phantom Dancer, if you ever get this far in the game you'll absolutely love it, you crit like a madman and your damage is insane, together with your passive everyone, and i mean everyone, falls to their death when they meet you.
Well myself I've never gotten this far into a game but if I would, it would be Frozen mallet to get some more survivability although it barely matters and the slow can help you finish off that last person trying to run, you could just get another infity edge to make even more damage.
You might think it's better to get it early game but in my opinion, the more damage you get the better, with your ulti activated and your passive, almost no one can escape you anyway.

Here I take:
Flash to get out of sticky situations or get ahead of enemy to push them back into a wall using E.
Exhaust, well yea, make sure enemy doesn't get away or make it easier to kite him around
Possible other spells
Ignite, to get off that last bit of HP but in my opinion, since her passive gives extra Mov. Spd when chasing you should be able to get that kill anyway, also your tumble giving you some terrain gain.
Ghost, well, get faster to enemy I guess? But again, with your passive this spell is hardly needed.

This build isn't finished yet, I have yet to find out how to add links to items and I'm also going to upload some videos with some neat tricks/tactics.
Also trying out slightly different builds, will update as I play more matches with her
Feel free to try out the build, but bear in mind this guide isn't finished yet
