Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
OK, Mord can become a very item driven toon but this is the way i run him it might help you..
i find that buying ninja tabi helps if your running against heavy melee. i also find that no matter what force of nature is almost necessary because of the increase in movement speed which is so important to have early do to his start out tends to be just a little bit squishy. as you lvl you are going to see yourself become less squishy and then flat out ( almost ) unkillable.
buying using the items listed in the build.... with the idea in mind to tank it out .. saving the hex tech gun blade as the last or second to last item you have ... the spell vamp in combine massive fricken health will make it hard for people to kill you cause there feeding you as well...
the only downfall with this build is it being weak against madred,s blood razor.
with the rune build above it focuses on a lot of magic resist and dodge. making it hard for people to hit you. also quits that increase movement speed also play a vital role on catching that problem player.
the mastery build used above allows for high survivability for people that like to sit in the middle of the pile. once again increased magic resist and dodge just like the runes :) ! also gives increased XP so that your toon LVL quicker. very important when running that you get the extra LVL or your opponent.
#1 ALWAYS, Always watch your health... Morde is very health driven to start...as his spells tend to use health as the reagent... you give a little health to do your AOE... so 1 or 2 health potions while your going wont hurt to much... later on after LVL 5 you should no longer need any health potions.. unless your build isn't coming.. ( i . e someone feed the other team and you have no gold.).
#2 you start out squishy stand close to turrets and DON'T TOWER DIVE!!!!. tower diving later after your built wont be a problem.. as turrets wont touch you ... but before you have the gear just don't do it.
#3 try to team up with a person that has a natural slowing ability or one in the build... it will help you to get the right leverage over appoints. (example good ashe players so on...)
#4 when guardian angel is active just a hair of health goes a long way... if you have gotten guardian angel into your build chances are you have already bought force of nature and war mongs.. and you already have the correct set of boots..... the other armor will give you a great deal of health Regen making it a pain to get around the armor in a guardian angel. so without going overboard make sure to stick that fight out because you have the extra Regen. ( guardian angel cooldown is 5 minutes so remember to stay within it)..
#5 children of the grave should not be used unless its a definite kill or a scare tactic , just don't use it... when your opponent becomes yours you will be capable of taking out almost anything depending on your health conditions. using it at lower health will help to make it more successful.
best teammates as of yet.
Ashe Zilean twitch are good team mates to have do to the natural abilities they have . good toons teaming with you will give you a insane advantage.
