lol i know and what u said is very interesting i like what u are saying about the survival ability so use flash and ghost to keep stacks up i like that and the masteries i have it on amror pen and stuff like that bc i was needing to use the rest of mt mastery points originally i only use like 15-20 of them

Suggestions, focus AP and/or CD. CD to augment the use of his AP stacking, you just need to support higher Mana or MP5. 9/0/21 is probably better, opposed to 6 points in Armor from Defense, and the extra criti chance in Offense.

1.33% Criti Chance = Non-existant for Mage-Types. [Difference from .66-->2]
15% Mpen probably the best single selection on the Mastery Tree.
You can also get the CD's from Offense [Champion] and Utility [Champion/Summoner]

Instead of wasting a Summoner Spell on Clarity, you should probably get flash due to your squishy nature to increase survivability and to keep stacks in Mejai, if that is the path you choose to take. Flash through walls to stop most chasing and using Ghost for enhanced speed. Utility path can get you better CD on both.

I prefer Fast CD, due to the strength of your Ulti, and AP stacking.

Note that Void Staff < Abyssal Sceptor (unless they are stacking MRES, have over 60) Absyssal also has MRES if you are combating another mage.

Sheen/Lichbane/(Trinity) - Enhance Burst dmg proportional to your AP. 80/100/120% bonus.
Rylai's Crystal Sceptor - Slow. Q-R-Q for some nasty burst dmg to most champions.
