Introduction
P.S. this is my 1st Mobafire guide :)
Marks- I always choose flat attack damage marks on Shyvanna because her Burnout scales off attack damage. However, burnout also deals magic damage so armor pen. wont help with the ability.
Seals- I take flat armor seals for clearing and if I get in any early games duels (which I will because I will be counter jungling a lot) these are going to help.
Glyphs- I take MR per level just because magic resist doesn't raise as much per level as armor does. These can be switched out for flat MR, it's just a matter of preference.

Offense- I put 21 points here for the extra damage. Make sure to pick up both armor pen. mastery's. I also get the magic pen. mastery because burnout, flame breath, and dragon decent all deal magic damage. Also helps for the sunfire cape. The rest for the mastery's are self explanitory.
Defense- Don't put points in utility because you don't use mana. The rest of the 9 points should be put in defense. Be sure to take the armor and the health bonus.
Utility- Because Shyvanna is a manaless champion, I don't put any points here. However if you really like movespeed or want runic affinity, you can put points here.

I start with a vamp scepter for jungling but you can go boots and potions or cloth armor and potions.(preference)
I get Wriggles lantern for clearing, Frozen mallet for hp and slow, berserker's greaves for damage(if you want to be more tanky go merk treads), sunfire because it works well with Burnout and for the extra armor and hp, Maw of Malmortius for magic resist and attack, and atmas for my large health reserves and extra armor.
Also get elixirs for those extra long games.

Twin bite- I max this 2nd for the extra damage and shorter cooldown.
Burnout- This is your bread and butter ability for clearing, chasing, running and damage. Always max this 1st.
Flame breath- Put in a point at level 4 for the armor reduction but max it last.
Dragon Decent- The Sup3r c00l dr4g0n 4tt4ck! Gives you armor and MR and deals more damage, take whenever possible.
