Well, I'm not comparing champions specifically because a lot of them have entirely different roles and expectations. For example, Evelynn is expected to come out of nowhere, rip the enemy squishy to shreds and get out. She isn't meant to fight 1v1 against a more beefy champion such as Shyvana.

I can NOT play Soraka defensive unless I literally have no choice. She is one of the best at farming and harassing in the entire game. She also does a lot of damage throughout the game, especially after she starts getting the magic resistance reduction stacks.

I think I've gotten everything.

For the record, I have no problem with Soraka as a support, but either I'm too aggressive for her or they're too aggressive for her.

I don't think much of Evelynn vs Shyvana, though.

Very good build and basic playstyle tips. She is a good champ, not quite the best (there is no best champ). Guide improvement advice has been previously stated.

Try to refrain from hypocrytical statements though. You think extremely pitiful of Evelynn and Soraka, as you inferred (just wait until the day you find really good ones, for they can be game changing, extraordinarily so in Soraka's case), while you also inferred that Shyvana is nearly unmatched.

My only advice, try to stay open-minded. Overall, very good items/runes/tips/etc though. :)

Honestly a good guide if there was one thing I would change it would be the title cause "The Best Champion in Game" just sounds arrogant. And adding the symbols for everything like Twin Bite but that was already covered in an above comment.
