I personally like to play Kayle as a top lane solo. You can also jungle with this build but first you would need to change the summoners spells. I perfer Exhaust/Smite for jungling.

For runes, I go with Attack Speed marks, health/lvl seals, cooldown glyphs, and movement speed quints.

The attack speeds helps you with early game harass/laning, the movement speed is because kayle is SLOW without them.

For masteries, I like to go with a full offensive tree. This is mainly because Kayle is more of a hybrid Champion. Having these masteries really help her early game as well as making her pretty OP late game.

For Items I like to buy in this order for laning:

boots, x2 health pots, 1 mana pot
wriggles
bezerker greaves
wits end
sheen>phage>zeal>triforce
guinsoo's
nashor's tooth

For Jungling,

armor, x5 health pots
wriggles
bezerker greaves
wits end
sheen>phage>zeal>triforce
guinsoo's
nashor's tooth

With this build you put out massive dmg and have survivabilty

The skill sequence really helps keep your damage output pretty maintained...by alternating the Reckoning and Righteous Fury, it keeps your harass and dps HIGH which is good for Kayle
